Brett Harney

As a principal and co-founder of Corporate Technologies Group, Inc., Brett learned long ago that customer support drives the success of an organization. As an experienced telecommunications consultant, Brett has help develop the culture of doing the right thing for the customer that Corporate Technologies Group applies day in and day out. With the internal structure that Corporate Technologies Group has in place as well as the portfolio that Corporate Technologies Group has to work from, we can ensure that our clients are maximizing their telecom services and expenditures.
Since the inception of the company in 1999, Brett has helped with the tremendous growth and direction that has allowed Corporate Technologies Group to develop into a comprehensive telecom company.
Prior to Corporate Technologies Group, Brett honed his knowledge at Cable & Wireless, Inc. where he was a major account manager where he was a President's Club winner multiple times.
Brett graduated from Kent State University in a Business Management and Marketing Degree.
Jeff Sumner

Jeff co-founded Corporate Technologies Group with Brett Harney in 1999. As a principal at Corporate Technologies Group, Jeff applies his sales expertise and customer service focus to create positive relationships with customers.
The firm began with the idea that customer service will set it apart from the competition, and this has been proven through the tremendous growth of Corporate Technologies Group over the last several years.
Before starting Corporate Technologies Group, Jeff honed his skills in the world of local and long distance telecommunications with Warwick Communications in Cleveland. Jeff's experience with Warwick enabled him to see the need for specific focus on customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Akron. He lives in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio with his wife and two
children.
Denny Borrasso

Combining his experience with giants like SBC, MCI and XO Communications, Denny brings his knowledge directly to our customers to provide them with recommendations to fit their individual needs. Denny services our clients by creating relationships with them, understanding current requirements and future goals.
We're not just selling something to our customers, says Denny. We're building relationships based on trust and understanding.
Denny feels that Corporate Technologies Group is different in this industry because we really care about our customers. His easy-going personality enables him to get to know clients on a personal, as well as business level.
An ordained minister, Denny lives in Brunswick, Ohio. He has three children and four grandchildren.
Toni Dieringer

Toni has been with Corporate Technologies Group since 2001. Credited with keeping everything together, Toni is officially responsible for managing the office. One of her most important jobs involves organizing the quarterly massages for all employees.
Toni believes it's the flexibility of Corporate Technologies Group that sets it apart. Our ability to respond to our customers can't be touched by our competitors.
Toni and her husband are Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio residents.
Alice Wood

After 30 years with SBC, Alice decided to join the team at Corporate Technologies Group in January of 2003. Her experience in both Outside Plant Engineering and residential and business customer service has provided Alice with the skills to work knowledgeably with our many clients.
We treat our customers as though each one is our only client. That personal touch, Alice believes, makes a difference when customers have a service issue to address.
Alice enjoys working with clients and is very comfortable in dealing with any situation. She understands that when you come down to it, the customer is ultimately concerned with the bottom line.
Alice has been a resident of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio for over 23 years.
Jennifer Bowser

Jennifer has been involved with customer service since she was 16 years old. She joined Corporate Technologies Group in February 2005 after leaving her position as Research Rep with Cole Vision.
Jennifer's fun, approachable personality allows her to serve clients in a friendly and professional way. She credits the team atmosphere at Corporate Technologies Group as the backbone to its success. Each member of the customer service team is able to step in to help any client who calls in.
Jennifer lives in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio with her husband and two children.
Sherri Homrock

Sherri brings to Corporate Technologies Group a wealth of knowledge from her years with CoreComm and ICG. A member of the Corporate Technologies Group team since 2002, Sherri is one of the veterans of the group.
Sherri says, It's the relationships we create with our customers that make us different. The owners and business development team create strong relationships from the beginning, then the customer service team is able to build on that relationship over time.
Using her organizational skills, Sherri works proactively with clients by recognizing needs and changes that can make a positive impact on the customer.
Sherri and her husband live with their two children just outside of Lansing, Michigan.
Becky Luc

Responsible for working with existing clients to ensure overall satisfaction, Becky is charged with keeping up with the many changes that affect the telecommunications industry. Taking the opposite approach from the typical phone companies, Becky is very hands-on after the sale. With more than 13 years of industry experience, she brings knowledge of everything from line installation to invoice inquiries.
Becky joined Corporate Technologies Group in May of 2007. She has experience with both XO Communications and Sprint, and puts this knowledge of all aspects of telecommunications to work for our customers every day.
Becky and her daughter, Elizabeth, live in Richfield, Ohio.

Chrissy began working with Corporate Technologies Group in March of 2006, and our clients have loved her ever since. She brings to the table an easy-going personality and a desire to work with clients to create solutions.
Chrissy is responsible for getting things done! When job tickets are placed into the system, she follows through on every level to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether your need requires immediate action to resolve an issue or ongoing support to ensure efficiencies, Chrissy steps up to the task.
Chrissy resides in Twinsburg, Ohio, with her husband and three children.

A member of the Corporate Technologies Group team since October 2007, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience with First Communications and Qwest Communications. Taking an objective approach to relationships, Ryan focuses on what will most effectively benefit his clients! As with all Corporate Technologies Group associates, he is not incentivized by selling a particular product or service; instead, he wins when you succeed in your business.
With a background in business operations, Ryan understands the need for long-term planning, not just creating a short-term fix. He offers a flexible outlook and incorporates big-picture thinking to your telecommunications needs.
Born and raised in Canton, Ohio, Ryan still lives there with his wife and two children.
